AUSCORE Engineering Group

AUSCORE Engineering Group is a consulting office for civil and structural engineering located in Bella Vista, NSW. We provide structural design, inspections, reports and construction-stage support for residential projects across Sydney — serving homeowners, builders, architects, developers and councils.

Our philosophy is simple: engineering should be practical, clearly documented and easy to build. Every design we issue is prepared in accordance with the National Construction Code (NCC) and the relevant Australian Standards, and every report is written in plain language so you understand exactly what we found and what to do next.

Meet the Principal — Mohit Chaudhary

I’m a Chartered Structural Engineer based in Australia with 10 years of experience across both site-based roles and the structural design of residential buildings. My work spans the full project lifecycle — from initial assessments and design development through to construction support and final inspections.

I have hands-on experience delivering designs in accordance with Australian Standards and the NCC, and I’m proficient in a range of structural analysis and design software commonly used in the local industry. I take a practical, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and work closely with clients, architects, consultants and contractors to ensure engineering solutions are technically robust while meeting project goals, budgets and timelines.
