Site-specific footing and slab designs to AS 2870, based on soil classification and structural loads.
We design strip footings, pad footings, waffle rafts, stiffened rafts and piered footing systems tailored to your site's soil classification and the structure above. Every design is prepared to AS 2870 and AS 3600, coordinated with your geotechnical report, and documented clearly for the builder and certifier. We also assess existing footings for additions and advise on underpinning where required.
